心声

    最早知道中国石化,是通过南京工程公司在沙特的延布项目。从此以后,我迫切地想加入到这个家庭中。但在那个时候,我还没有机会。

    2011年6月,中国石化的管理团队到印度招募员工,我当时觉得机会来了。2011年7月21日,在面试的第一天就我被选中。自此,我加入了这个大家庭的梦想成为现实。

    我的梦想成真了,但在那个时候我对她的了解实在不多。以前我心里还有些许担心,但是从他们在机场接我们当天开始,我就能感受到中国石化给予我们的尊重和热情,我很高兴看到了良好合作关系从第一天就已经开始。

    我可以自豪地说,我们是中石化直接招聘的第一批印度人。很高兴看到主管招聘工作的中国籍高层管理人员愿意亲自会见我们。

    管理层一直关注着每一个人,他们了解我们的能力并给予我们鼓励。这将有助于我们学习许多新东西,让我们在国际环境中能够与公司共同成长。

    我也很感谢管理层提供机会让我参与SATORP项目,这是我个人的职业生涯中参与的重大项目之一,借助于此我的技能会提升到国际化水平。

    我感谢管理层给我加入中国石化的机会,也感谢有机会来表达自己对中国石化这个大家庭的感受。

    The Sound from Heart -One Year in Sinopec Yanbu Project

    I am really proved to say that I am part of the Sinopec family. I came to know about Sinopec in the year 2008 in Yanbu. Since then I was anxious to join with Sinopec. But I didn’t getting the opportunity to join Sinopec at that time.

    In 2011 June Sinopec management team came to India for recruitment and I just felt that my time has come to join Sinopec. On the first day of interview I was selected and my dream became true on 21 July 2011, where I joined the family of Sinopec.

    It might be my dream come true but I don’t know much about Sinopec at that time, there was a small fear within me when I started from India to join Sinopec, but from the day they invited us from the airport I was able to feel the respect and hospitality which Sinopec family should to us and I was very happy to see the good relationship which started from the day one.

    Sinopec might be a Chinese company but they are tried to learn each and everything about our Indian culture to fulfill our needs, in the beginning there were some miss understanding, but the management was good enough to sort out the problem as soon as they can to make sure that Indian are happy with Sinopec

    I am proud to say that we are the first batch of Indians who are directly recruited by Sinopec and I am also proved to see that all Chinese management staffs who are in high position in Sinopec are willing to meet us personally and have a meeting with us which shows the interest and hospitality of Sinopec for their foreign staffs

    Management didn’t stop with that, they keep a track of each and every individual and study about each and every person to know our capability and encouraged us, This helps us a lot in learning new things and makes us to grow with the company in the international environment.

    I also want to thank the management for giving the opportunity to be a part of SATORP project, which is going to be one of the remarkable projects for Sinopec and for my personal career, which will help me to improve my skills to the international level.

    I thank this management for giving this opportunity to be which the family of Sinopec and also thank for the opportunity to express my feeling about Sinopec.
