伊拉克与瑞典SEAB签署建造新炼油厂初步协议

　　中国石化新闻网讯 据烃加工网2021年9月17日巴格达报道，伊拉克石油部9月17日宣布，伊拉克近日已与瑞典公司SEAB签署了一项初步协议，在伊拉克北部城市摩苏尔附近建造一个具有日加工7万桶原油能力的炼油厂。

　　伊拉克石油部官员说，这个新建炼油厂将使用来自伊拉克北部Qayyara油田的重质原油生产燃料，但没有透露这个项目的估计成本。

　　伊拉克石油部表示，土耳其建筑公司Limak也签署了这份谅解备忘录，但Limak否认参与其中。 Limak发言人对路透社表示，此前曾与SEAB接触过，但并未签署合同。

　　Iraq signs initial agreement to build oil refinery

　　Iraq has signed an initial deal with Swedish company SEAB to build a 70,000-bpd oil refinery near the northern city of Mosul, the oil ministry said.

　　The refinery will use the heavy crude oil from the northern Qayyara oilfield to produce fuel, said oil ministry officials, without giving an estimated cost of the project.

　　The Iraqi ministry said the memorandum was also signed by Turkey's Limak, but the Turkish construction company denied it was involved. A company spokesperson told Reuters it had previously been in contact with SEAB but did not sign the contract.
