巴西启动10亿美元液化天然气发电项目

　　中国石化新闻网讯 据世界天然气9月17日消息：英国石油公司、西门子公司、巴西国家电力公司和法国电力公司的一家合资企业已获得开工许可，该合资企业将通过液化天然气发电厂为600万户家庭提供能源。

　　据SPIC称，耗资10亿美元的Gás Natural Açu(GNA)项目将拥有1.338吉瓦的发电能力，第二阶段将于11月开始，将增加1.681吉瓦的产能，使其成为拉丁美洲最大的液化天然气发电项目。

　　该电厂分为四个阶段，建成后的发电能力将达到6.4吉瓦。

　　液化天然气组件将涉及一个液化天然气发电热电厂，其中将包含一个液化天然气终端。一个浮式储存再气化装置(FSRU)将停泊在码头，每天能够储存和再气化高达2100万立方米的天然气。

　　GNA首席执行官贝尔纳多·珀尔塞克在评论GNA启动商业运营时表示，“我们在对该国至关重要的时刻投入运营，从液化天然气为该系统带来了可靠的能源，这是一种更清洁的燃料，被认为是全球能源转型的催化剂。”

　　Brazil begins $1bn LNG-to-power project

　　A joint venture between major industry players BP, Siemens, SPIC Brasil and Prumo Logística to generate energy for six million households via a liquefied natural gas (LNG)-fuelled power plant has received authorisation to begin operations.

　　The USD$1bn Gás Natural Açu (GNA) project will have a generation capacity of 1.338 gigawatts (GW), with a second phase beginning in November which will see an additional 1.681 GW capacity, making it the largest LNG-to-power complex in Latin America, according to SPIC.

　　Comprising of four phases, the completed plant will have the capacity to generate 6.4 GW of power.

　　The LNG component will involve an LNG-to-power thermoelectric plant which will contain an LNG terminal. A floating storage regasification unit (FSRU), capable of storing and regasifying up to 21 million cubic metres of gas per day will be moored at the terminal.

　　Commenting on GNA’s start-up of commercial operation, Bernardo Perseke, CEO, GNA, said, “We went into operation at a crucial moment for the country by bringing reliable enrgy to the system from LNG, which is a cleaner fuel and considered a catalyst for the global energy transition.”
