北欧输气系统运营商签署促进绿色气体开发协议

　　中国石化新闻网讯 据气体世界网2021年9月16日报道，北欧几个国家的天然气输送系统运营商(TSOs)日前签署了旨在促进绿色气体开发的协议。

　　考虑到《国家能源和气候计划》和《欧洲绿色协议》的可持续性目标，对生物甲烷、合成甲烷和可再生氢气等气体使用的研究将有助于实现欧盟2030年的气候目标。

　　立陶宛、拉脱维亚、爱沙尼亚和芬兰的天然气输送系统运营商将共同对天然气传输的脱碳解决方案、现有基础设施的绿色气体解决方案、新基础设施的开发和其他技术流程进行研究。

　　除了利用该协议鼓励能源平稳转型和开发低碳区域天然气基础设施以外，北欧天然气输送系统运营商还将专注于确定把氢气集成到天然气传输系统中的技术挑战。

　　Gas TSOs of Northeast Europe to promote green gas development

　　An agreement to promote the development of green gases has been signed by the gas transmission system operators (TSOs) of several Northeastern Europe countries.

　　Considering the sustainability goals of National Energy and Climate Plans and the European Green Deal, research into the use of gases such as biomethane, synthetic methane and renewable hydrogen will work towards the EU climate goals for 2030.

　　A collaborative effort between the TSOs of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland, the operators will conduct research into decarbonisation solutions of gas transmission, green gas solutions into existing infrastructure, development of new infrastructure, and other technological processes.

　　The TSOs will also aim to identify technical challenges regarding hydrogen integration into gas transmission systems, in addition to using the agreement to encourage a smooth energy transition and development of a low-carbon regional gas infrastructure.
