中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯3月28日消息,乌干达信息和国家指导部长FrankTumwebaze表示,乌干达希望本周签署一项投资协议,启动长期推迟的位于该国Hioma地区的投资25亿美元的炼油厂开发计划。乌干达内阁已经批准了这个加工能力为6万桶/天的炼油厂项目,能源部长和司法部长已奉命在周三之前与通用电气牵头的一个财团“完成谈判”。内陆国乌干达已经与坦桑尼亚就建造一条800英里长的输油管道达成了协议。 唐绍红 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下: Uganda Eyes Investment Deal for $2.5 Billion Oil Refinery Uganda hopes this week to sign an investment agreement to kick start the long-delayed development of the $2.5 billion oil refinery in the country's Hioma district, says Frank Tumwebaze, information and national guidance minister. Cabinet has cleared a deal for the 60,000 barrels a day project, and the energy minister and attorney general have been instructed to "conclude negotiations" with a consortium led by General Electric by Wednesday. Landlocked Uganda has already agreed terms with Tanzania over the construction of an 800-mile oil export pipeline. |
