埃尼和卢克石油获墨西哥油气区块勘探和开采权

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯3月29日消息，埃尼公司周三表示，公司与俄罗斯合作伙伴卢克石油公司一起已经获得了墨西哥28号海洋区块的油气勘探和开采权。

这个还有待管理层批准的合同的财务细节没有对外透露。

持有合资公司75%股权的埃尼公司将作为该许可证的运营商。卢克石油将持有剩余25%股权。

28号区块位于Cuenca Salina盆地水域，埃尼持有该盆地Arena 1 100%股权，同时还是该盆地四个其它勘探和开采区块的运营商。

Eni, Lukoil Awarded Exploration and Production Rights in Mexico

ENI SpA (ENI.MI) said Wednesday that, together with its Russian partner Lukoil PJSC (LKOH.MZ), it has been awarded oil-and-gas exploration and production rights to Block 28, offshore Mexico.

Financial details of the contract, which is subject to regulatory approval, weren't disclosed.

ENI, with a 75% stake in the joint venture, will be the operator of the license. Lukoil's interest is the remaining 25%.

Block 28 is located in the waters of the Cuenca Salina Basin, where ENI holds a 100% stake in Arena 1 and is also the operator of four other exploration and production blocks.
