中国石化新闻网讯 据OGJ网站6月5日休斯敦报道，俄罗斯第二大石油公司卢克石油公司（卢克石油/Lukoil）和哈萨克斯坦国有石油巨头哈萨克斯坦国家石油和天然气公司（哈国油/KazMunayGas）日前原则上签署了一项旨在组建海上合资公司的合作协议，在哈萨克斯坦海上谋求一份勘探和生产许可证。 根据合作协议，合资公司将与哈萨克斯坦当局就Zhenis许可证区域进行谈判。 Zhenis许可区域位于距离哈萨克斯坦海岸大约80公里的海域，距离哈萨克斯坦第6大城市阿克托180公里，水深在75米-100米之间。 李峻 编译自 OGJ 原文如下： Lukoil, KazMunayGas to form offshore venture Lukoil and state-owned KazMunayGas have signed an agreement in principle to form a partnership seeking an exploration and production license offshore Kazakhstan.
