ESPO Blend's July program runs from June 30 to August 1 and will comprise 26 cargoes of 100,000 mt each, according to the program. This was similar to the June loading program which runs from May 30 to July 1. However, the July loading rate will average 577,515 b/d, up from 533,091 b/d scheduled for June. The program showed that state-owned Rosneft holds nine cargoes for July, up from five in June.
