雷普索尔将以7.5亿欧元收购电厂和零售业务

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯6月28日消息，西班牙雷普索尔公司周三晚在一份公告中称，公司已经同意斥资7.5亿欧元（8.709亿美元）购买西班牙能源公司Viesgo旗下低排放发电厂和零售业务。

此举是雷普索尔公司转向清洁能源和发电领域战略计划的一部分。

雷普索尔表示，公司将从Viesgo公司手中购买两个联合循环发电厂，设计发电能力1650兆瓦，以及三个水电厂，设计发电能力700兆瓦。

该交易将令雷普索尔公司总的低排放发电能力达到2950兆瓦。公司的目标是到2025年实现低排放发电能力4500兆瓦。

此次收购的零售业务将令雷普索尔公司拥有75万个天然气和电力客户，相当于占据逾2%的市场份额。公司2025年的目标是赢得5%的市场份额，客户数量达到250万个。

雷普索尔表示，该交易预计将在今年四季度完成。

DJ Repsol to Buy Power Plants, Retail Business From Viesgo for EUR750 Mln

Repsol SA (REP.MC) has agreed to buy low-emissions power plants and the retail business of Spanish energy company Viesgo for 750 million euros ($870.9 million), it said in a statement late Wednesday.

The move forms part of the Spanish oil-and-gas company's push toward cleaner energy and power generation envisaged in its strategic plan.

Repsol said it will buy two combined-cycle plants from Viesgo with a total capacity of 1,650 megawatts, as well as three hydroelectric plants with an output of 700 megawatts.

The transaction will bring Repsol's total low-emissions-generation capacity to 2,950 megawatts. Its goal is to reach 4,500 megawatts by 2025.

With the acquisition of the retail business, Repsol will have 750,000 gas and electricity clients, representing more than 2% of the market share. Its 2025 objective is to win a market share of 5% and reach 2.5 million customers.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter, Repsol said.
