The move comes after the world's top crude oil exporter Saudi Aramco said it will switch part of the formula for its official selling price to DME Oman from Oman price published by S&P Global Platts from October. Argus started publishing daily spot differentials to the DME Oman settlement price on July 13 for grades: Dubai and Murban produced in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar Marine, Qatar Land, al-Shaheen from Qatar, and Bahrain's Banoco Arab Medium, it said in a statement on its website. The publication of spot differentials for other Middle East grades - Iraq's Basra Light, Basra Heavy, UAE's Das and Upper Zakum - will follow later this year, Argus said.
