中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯墨西哥城7月27日消息，尽管销售收入和营业利润出现增长，但是二季度墨西哥国家石油公司Pemex出现大幅亏损，主要是由于比索对美元汇率大幅贬值。 Pemex表示，二季度公司净亏损达到1630亿墨西哥比索（88亿美元），上年同期公司实现利润330亿比索。 Pemex二季度外汇损失达到1180亿比索，因为二季度美元对比索汇率大幅升值8.3%，同时美元对其它货币的升值导致墨国油在这些国家持有的债务额外增加了210亿比索的金融成本。 二季度公司销售收入同比增加36%达到4360亿比索，主要是受到出口原油价格大幅上涨的影响。汽油价格上涨令国内销售收入增加了21%。 二季度Pemex的营业利润同比劲增68%达到1200亿比索，息税折旧摊销前利润同比增加42%达到1500亿比索。同时受油价上涨的影响，公司的税收和关税增加17%。 二季度公司的原油产量同比下降7.3%，降至不到190万桶/日的水平，炼油加工量下降22%至70.4万桶/日，主要受到旗下两座炼油厂检修工作完成后推迟恢复生产的影响。天然气产量同比下降9.7%至39亿立方英尺/日。 庞晓华 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： Mexico's Pemex Registers 2Q Net Loss on Foreign Exchange Mexican state oil company Petroleos Mexicanos had a hefty net loss in the second quarter despite higher sales and operating profit, largely as a result of the weaker peso against the U.S. dollar. Pemex said its net loss was 163 billion Mexican pesos ($8.8 billion) for the April-June period, compared with a MXN33 billion profit a year earlier. Pemex registered a foreign exchange loss of MXN118 billion resulting from the dollar's 8.3% rise against the Mexican peso in the second quarter, while dollar gains against other currencies in which Pemex holds debt led to an additional financial cost of MXN21 billion on derivatives. Sales in the quarter rose 36% to MXN436 billion, explained mostly by the impact of higher prices for exported crude oil. An increase in gasoline prices contributed to a 21% rise in domestic sales. Operating profit was up 68% at MXN120 billion, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rose 42% to MXN150 billion. Taxes and duties increased 17% because of the higher oil prices. Pemex's second-quarter crude-oil production fell 7.3% from a year earlier to just under 1.9 million barrels per day, and its refinery processing was down 22% at 704,000 barrels per day, affected by startup delays at two refineries after maintenance work. Natural-gas output fell 9.7% to 3.9 billion cubic feet per day. |
