(ROSN.MZ) said on Monday that total production in the second quarter was flat compared with the year-earlier period, as gas production fell 3.1%. The Russian oil-and-gas company, in which BP PLC (BP.LN) holds a 20% stake, said that hydrocarbon production in the second quarter of 2018 was flat at 5.71 million barrels of oil equivalent per day. Gas production during the quarter fell 3.1% to 16.5 billion cubic meters, Rosneft said. The company said development drilling in the second quarter increased 11% compared with the first quarter of the year. |
