中国石化新闻网讯 据油气在线休斯敦8月8日消息，印度将按照已发现的小型油气田政策在8月9日启动第二轮招标活动，此次将提供26个合同区域，在这些区域中已有约60个油气发现。 印度油气管理局最初估计将在今年6月份启动本轮招标活动。 此次提供的营业收入分成合同不需要缴纳合同签字费，同时将涉及所有油气类型。 唐绍红 摘译自 油气在线 原文如下： India launches second small-field bid round India will launch a second bid round under its discovered small field policy on Aug. 9, offering 26 contract areas in which about 60 discoveries have been made. The Directorate General of Hydrocarbons originally estimated the launch date would be in June. It’s offering revenue-sharing contracts requiring no signature bonus and covering all types of hydrocarbons.
