中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯8月9日休斯顿报道，美国10大独立石油公司之一的美国西方石油公司(Occidental Petroleum)日前同意以26亿美元的总价格向两个独立买家出售其在德克萨斯州和新墨西哥州的原油管道及储存设施等非核心资产。 西方石油公司表示，其在二叠纪盆地的项目和其它项目能够提供更高的利润率和增长潜力。 根据协议，西方石油公司将把其英格尔赛德能源中心(IEC)和一些原油和液化石油气基础设施出售给Moda 中游公司以及把其拥有的Centurion普通承运人石油管道和储存系统以及新墨西哥州东南部的石油集输系统出售给Lotus中游公司。 西方石油公司高管在季度财报电话会议上表示，该公司将保留管道的长期运输权利以及保留其在IEC的大部分出口能力。 据高管们所说，西方石油公司将把今年的资本支出增加20%至50亿美元并将投资重点放在那些能够带来高回报率的项目。 李峻 编译自 普氏能源资讯 原文如下： Oxy to sell non-core midstream assets, funnel proceeds into higher capex Occidental Petroleum has agreed to sell non-core Texas and New Mexico crude pipeline and storage assets to two separate buyers for a total of $2.6 billion, saying its Permian Basin projects and other projects can deliver higher margins and growth potential. Oxy will sell its Ingleside Energy Center (IEC) and some crude and LPG infrastructure to Moda Midstream, and will also sell its Centurion common carrier oil pipeline and storage system and a southeast New Mexico oil gathering system to Lotus Midstream. Oxy will retain its long-term shipping rights on the pipeline and most of its export capacity on IEC, top company executives said during a quarterly earnings conference call.
