中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯伦敦8月10日消息，国际能源署（IEA）周五表示，受俄罗斯原油产量大幅增加的刺激，7月份全球石油供应量出现增加，这也意味着欧佩克主导的长达近两年的减产协议已经结束。 IEA在市场密切关注的月度石油市场报告中称，7月份俄罗斯原油和凝析油产量增加15万桶/日，升至1121万桶/日。IEA称，7月份俄罗斯石油产量增加速度比预期更快，与去年同期相比增加了26.5万桶/日，仅比2016年10月创下的历史最高纪录少1.4万桶/日。 7月份全球石油产量增加30万桶/日，达到9940万桶/日，主要受俄罗斯产量增加，以及科威特和阿联酋两大欧佩克产油国产量增加的影响。 张春晓 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： DJ Russian Oil Production Accelerates in July The world's oil supply expanded in July on the back of surging Russian crude production, the International Energy Agency said Friday, in a concrete sign of the unraveling of a nearly two-year-old OPEC-led agreement to curb output. In its closely-watched monthly oil market report, the IEA said Russian crude and condensate production climbed by 150,000 barrels a day last month, to 11.21 million barrels a day. That "significantly sharper acceleration than expected" put output 265,000 barrels a day higher year-on-year and just 14,000 barrels a day lower than Russia's October 2016 record high, the agency said. Total global oil supply rose by 300,000 barrels a day in July, to reach 99.4 million barrels a day, boosted by Russian production, as well as higher output in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates -- two key members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.
