中国石化新闻网讯 据钻井网10月8日报道称，海上钻井承包商恩斯克国际公司和罗文公司10月8日宣布称，已同意以120亿美元的价格合并。 根据全股票交易协议，罗文股东将以每股2.215的价格获得恩斯克股票。合并完成后，恩斯克股东将持有60.5％的股份，而罗文的股东将拥有合并后公司39.5％的股份。 据信，该合并将创建一个实力雄厚的海上钻井公司，拥有82个钻井平台（28台浮式钻井平台和54台自升式钻井平台），横跨六大洲，为来自最大的国有石油公司，国际石油巨头和独立勘探和生产公司的客户提供服务。 新公司的钻井船队也将在技术方面和地理位置上具有竞争力。 徐蕾 摘译自 钻井网 原文如下： Ensco and Rowan to Merge in $12B Deal Offshore drilling contractors Ensco plc and Rowan Companies plc have agreed to a $12 billion merger, the companies announced Oct. 8. Under the all-stock transaction agreement, Rowan shareholders will receive 2.215 Ensco shares for each Rowan share. After closing, Ensco shareholders will own 60.5 percent and Rowan shareholders will own 39.5 percent of the merged company. It’s believed the merger will create a powerhouse offshore drilling company with 82 rigs (28 floaters and 54 jack-ups) across six continents serving customers from the largest national oil companies, international majors and independent exploration and production companies. The new company’s rig fleet will also be competitive technology-wise and geographically.
