中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯10月9日华盛顿报道，美国安全与环境执法局（BSEE）周二表示，在飓风“迈克尔”到来之前，美国墨西哥湾近40%的石油产量和超过28%的天然气产量已被关闭。 BSEE表示，共有67,0831万桶/天的石油和7.26亿立方英尺/天的天然气产量被关闭。 BSEE表示，作业人员已从75个生产平台撤离（占到墨西哥湾687个载人平台的11%左右）以及从墨西哥湾22个非动态定位平台中的3个平台撤离。 BSEE表示，目前在墨西哥湾作业的17个动态定位钻井平台中，有8个已经移出了风暴预计的路径。 李峻 编译自 普氏能源资讯 原文如下： US Gulf of Mexico operators shut in 40% of oil, 28% of gas output ahead of Hurricane Michael: BSEE Nearly 40% of US Gulf of Mexico oil production and more than 28% of natural gas output has been shut-in ahead of the arrival of Hurricane Michael, the US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement said Tuesday. A total of 670,831 b/d of oil and 726 MMcf/d of gas has been shut-in, BSEE said. The agency said that personnel have been evacuated from 75 production platforms, accounting for about 11% of the 687 manned platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, and from three of the 22 non-dynamically positioned rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. BSEE said that eight of the 17 dynamically positioned rigs currently operating in the Gulf of Mexico have been moved out of the storm's expected path.
