中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯10月8日消息，加拿大政府表示正在冻结能源公司持有的在该国北极地区进行油气勘探的许可证。持有此类许可证的主要石油生产商包括埃克森美孚旗下加拿大子公司帝国石油公司、英国石油公司（BP）和雪佛龙加拿大子公司。不过石油公司已经推迟了在加拿大北极地区的钻井计划，部分是因为近年来油价低迷。2016年12月，加拿大总理特鲁多决定暂停所有新的北极钻井许可证。当时，现有许可证持有证没有受到影响。 唐绍红 摘译自 道琼斯原文如下： Canada Freezes Arctic Drilling Licences Canada says it is freezing existing licences held by energy companies to explore for oil and gas in the Arctic. Major oil producers holding such licences include Imperial Oil, a Canadian unit of Exxon Mobil; BP PLC; and Chevron's Canadian subsidiary. However, companies have held off plans on drilling, due in part to economic conditions in recent years. The announcement follows up on a December, 2016 decision by Canada PM Trudeau to impose a moratorium on all new Arctic drilling licences. At that time, existing licence holders were not affected. |
