必和必拓第三季度生产3300万桶油当量石油

中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯10月17日,悉尼报道，总部位于澳大利亚的矿业和石油巨头必和必拓公司周三表示，在7 - 9月期间，除美国陆上业务外，其石油总产量同比稳定在3300万桶，同时比第二季度增加了15%。

必和必拓公司说：“第三季度原油、凝析油和天然气液体产量同比下降了7%，至1400万桶油当量，原因是整个投资组合中天然气田产量下降以及在比利牛斯进行为期70天的计划干船坞维护，这个项目已于2018年9月按计划和预算完成。我们在墨西哥湾资产的上涨部分抵消了跌幅。第三季度的产出比第二季度增加了4%。”

与此同时，该公司表示，其第三季度天然气产量增加到了1120亿立方英尺，同比增加了5%，比第二季度增加了24%。

BHP produces 33 mil boe of petroleum in Jul-Sep; maintains fiscal 2018-2019 guidance

Australia-based BHP's total petroleum production, excluding the US onshore operations, was steady year on year at 33 million barrels of oil equivalent during July-September, while rising 15% from the April-June period, the company said Wednesday.

"Crude oil, condensate and natural gas liquids production declined by 7% [year on year] to 14 million boe due to natural field decline across the portfolio, and a 70-day planned dry dock maintenance at Pyrenees, which was completed on schedule and budget in September 2018. The decline was partially offset by higher uptimes at our Gulf of Mexico assets," it said. Output during the quarter was a 4% lift from the June quarter.

Meanwhile, the company's gas production increased to 112 billion cubic feet, which is up by 5% year on year, and 24% from the June quarter, it said.

JPMorgan and RBC Capital Markets said in separate research notes Wednesday that the 33 million boe result was better than they had expected. Both companies had tipped 29 million boe, they said.
