中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯11月6日消息，俄罗斯卢克石油公司周二表示，公司已经与意大利埃尼公司签署有关墨西哥三个浅水油气区块的协议。 卢克石油表示，根据协议条款，埃尼将持有12号区块40%的权益，卢克石油持有60%的权益，并仍将是项目的运营方。 作为交换条件，埃尼将10号和14号区块20%的权益转让给卢克石油，埃尼仍将是这两个区块的项目运营方。 卢克石油表示，该交易还有待墨西哥国家油气委员会的批准。 张春晓 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： Lukoil and Eni Sign Deal For Mexico Shallow-Water Projects Lukoil PJSC (LKOH.MZ) said Tuesday that it has signed an agreement with Italy's ENI SpA (ENI.MI) relating to three blocks in shallow waters in Mexico. The Russian energy company said that under the terms of the agreement, Eni is assigned 40% of Block 12, with Lukoil retaining a 60% stake and remaining as project operator. Eni--in turn--assigned 20% of blocks 10 and 14 to Lukoil, while staying operator for those projects. The deal is subject to approval by Mexico's National Hydrocarbons Commission, Lukoil said.
