中国石化新闻网讯 据路透社11月21日报道称，德国石油贸易商Mabanaft麾下的船用燃料交易公司Bomin集团周三表示，将把其比利时业务出售给Somers家族成员，该家族为油轮运输公司Somtrans集团股东。 Bomin公司在声明中表示，买家将获得该公司100％的股份。 该交易预计将于12月31日正式达成，Bomin公司将于明年1月份更名。 徐蕾 摘译自 路透社 原文如下： Marine fuel supplier Bomin sells Belgium operations Germany-based oil trader Mabanaft's marine fuel trading unit, the Bomin Group, on Wednesday said it is selling its Belgium operations to members of the Somers family who control tanker shipping company Somtrans Group. The buyers will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Bomin Belgium, it said in a statement. The deal is expected to be formally concluded on Dec. 31 and the company will be rebranded in January.
