法罗石油和挪国油达成挪威油气资产互换协议

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯12月5日消息，法罗石油公司(Faroe Petroleum)和挪威国家石油公司(Equinor)已经同意了一项资产互换协议，两家公司都表示，该协议将改善它们的投资组合。

该交易将法罗石油公司在挪威大陆架上的Njord、Hyme再开发和Bauge开发资产中的权益与挪国油在挪威大陆架上的Alve、Marulk、Ringhorne East和Vilje资产中的权益进行交换。

该资产互换不涉及现金对价，将于明年1月1日生效，但须经挪威当局同意。

DJ Faroe Petroleum and Equinor Agree Norwegian Asset-Swap Deal

Faroe Petroleum PLC (FPM.LN) and Equinor ASA (EQNR) have agreed to an asset-swap deal that both companies said will improve their portfolios.

The deal sees Faroe exchange its interests in the Njord, Hyme redevelopment and Bauge development assets with Equinor's interests in the Alve, Marulk, Ringhorne East and Vilje production assets on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

The asset swap involves no cash consideration and will become effective on Jan. 1, subject to consent from Norwegian authorities.
