Both companies are based in London. The target company holds 100% interests in Blythe, Elgood, Nailsworth, Elland, and Southwark natural gas fields in the southern UK North Sea, the Thames gas pipeline, and licenses encompassing the Goddard and Abbeydale gas discoveries off the UK.
