俄气放缓对海外的天然气出口

中国石化新闻网讯 据Neftegaz.RU 4月17日消息称，在2019年的3.5个月里，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司的天然气产量增加了2%，而对非独联体国家的出口减少了9%。

从1月1日到2019年4月15日，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司的天然气产量比2018年同期增长了2%(31亿立方米)，达到1589亿立方米。

该公司在国内市场的天然气销售从天然气传输系统(GTS)下降4.2%(44亿立方米)。

Gazprom’s gas exports to the far abroad began to slow down

Neftegaz.RU. Gazprom for 3.5 months in 2019 increased gas production by 2%, while exports to non-CIS countries decreased by 9%.

Gazprom from January 1 to April 15, 2019 increased gas production by 2% (by 3.1 billion m 3) compared to the same period in 2018, to 158.9 billion m 3 .

The company's gas sales on the domestic market from the gas transmission system (GTS) decreased by 4.2% (by 4.4 billion m 3).

Gas exports to foreign countries in 3.5 months of 2019 decreased by 9% compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to 56.6 billion m3. The trend towards reducing gas supplies to non-CIS countries in the statistics of Gazprom has been seen since the beginning of 2019. The effect of the high base of the record-breaking 2018, when gas demand in Europe increased sharply in February-March due to cold weather and heavy snowfall, is having an effect. But the end of winter and the beginning of spring 2019 were much softer in Europe. In this connection, the gas extraction season from European underground gas storage facilities (UGS) ended much earlier than usual. The transition from net withdrawal to net gas injection in Europe occurred on March 22, 2019, 10 days earlier than in 2018.

However, the influence of these factors is gradually leveled. In the period from April 1 to April 15, 2019, exports to non-CIS countries amounted to 7.8 billion m 3, which corresponds to the level of the same period in 2018. The rate of decline in Gazprom’s gas exports to foreign countries is at least slowing down.

Nevertheless, a number of European countries are showing increased demand for Gazprom gas. In particular, gas supplies rose: to Austria - by 18.6%, to the Czech Republic - by 47.8%, to Hungary - by 28.2%, to Italy - by 3.2%, to Slovakia - by 11.7%.

Recall that in 2018 Gazprom increased gas production by 5.7% compared with 2017, to 497.6 billion m 3. Gazprom increased gas exports to non-CIS countries by 3.8%, to 201.8 billion m 3. This figure was a record, and Gazprom set records for gas supplies to non-CIS countries for the second time in a row. In addition, in 2018, Gazprom for the first time crossed the mark of 200 billion m 3 of gas supplied to non-CIS countries.
