The April output is 246k bpd more than March and a stunning 3.7M bpd higher than a September 2016 low of 8.5M. Texas keeps leading the way, with the Lone Star state producing 5M bpd of crude oil in April, 2.2% higher from March and 18% higher than April 2018.
