Vnture Glibal 筹集28亿美元开发LNG出口终端

中国石化新闻网讯 据6月28日Kallanish Energy报道，Venture Global液化天然气公司已从机构投资者那里筹集了6.75亿美元的额外资金，用于开发该公司位于路易斯安那州的Plaquemine液化天然气项目，该项目预计每年产量可达2000万吨。

除了之前Venture Global筹集的8.55亿美元的资金，以及Stonepeak基础设施合作伙伴为Calcasieu Pass液化天然气项目提供的13亿美元的项目级股权承诺外，Venture Global液化天然气目前已筹集超过28亿美元的总承诺资本，来支持其两个液化天然气出口设施的开发。

Venture Global 液化天然气公司总裁Mike Sabel和Bob Pen 表示，随着与波兰PGNIG公司签订的Plaquemines液化天然气销售和购买协议扩大到250万吨/年，并且预计会有更多的近期商业化，今年下半年在Plaquemines开展早期工作的同时会增加大量新资源。

联邦能源监管委员会（Federal Energy Regulatory Commission）的Plaquemines液化天然气最终订单目前计划在8月1日之前发布。

Venture Global LNG raises $675M of additional capital

Venture Global LNG said Thursday it's raised $675 million of additional capital from institutional investors which will be used for developing the company's 20 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) Plaquemines LNG export project in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, Kallanish Energy reports.

In addition to the $855 million of capital previously raised at Venture Global and the $1.3 billion project-level equity commitment from Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners for the company's Calcasieu Pass LNG project, Venture Global LNG has now raised total committed capital of over $2.8 billion to support the development of its two LNG export facilities.

"With the expansion of our Plaquemines LNG sales and purchase agreement (Spa) with (Poland-based) PGNiG to 2.5 Mtpa, and in anticipation of additional near-term commercialization, we are excited to add significant new resources as we prepare to commence early works at Plaquemines later this year," said Venture Global co-CEOs Mike Sabel and Bob Pender.

The Final Order for Plaquemines LNG from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is currently scheduled to be issued no later than Aug. 1.
