The 11 members covered by output quotas remained over-compliant with committed cuts, but by only 40,000 barrels a day, for a conformity rate of 104%, the survey of industry officials, analysts and shipping data revealed. Compliance was down from 117% in May. Saudi Arabia's output climbed by 150,000 barrels a day to 9.85 million barrels a day in June, the survey showed. Early last week, OPEC and its allies extended their 1.2 million-barrel per day output cut agreement through March 2020.
