芬兰和爱沙尼亚双向天然气海上管道竣工

中国石化新闻网讯 据离岸工程7月15日消息，芬兰和爱沙尼亚双向天然气海上管道（Balticconnector 项目）建设工作已于2019年7月12日星期五竣工。

管道铺设于6月底完成，防护工作于6月中旬开始。

防护工作和所有的海上施工作业现已完成。接下来，海上管道将在7 - 8月进行压力测试，测试结束后管道将被清空并干燥。

Balticconnector项目总监Tom Främling 表示：“令我们感到满意的是，海上管道的建设工作得以如期进行，我们可以按计划开始管道的最后阶段工作。我们正在稳步推进该项目工作，以期到年底将管道投产运行。”

这条海上管道将于今年秋季连接芬兰和爱沙尼亚之间的陆上管道。

该管道将于2019年底完全建成，随着芬兰天然气市场的开放，天然气将于2020年1月1日开始流入管道。

Balticconnector Offshore Pipeline Completed

Construction work in the sea for the Balticconnector project offshore pipeline was completed Friday 12 July 2019.

Pipe laying was finished at the end of June, and the shielding work was begun in mid-June.

Now that the shielding work has been finished, all construction work in the sea has been completed. Next, the offshore pipeline will be pressure-tested in July-August, after which the pipeline will be emptied and dried.

“We are satisfied that the construction work for the offshore pipeline has progressed on schedule and that we can begin the final phases of the pipeline according to plan. We are progressing at a good pace towards the end of the year when the pipeline will be commissioned,” says Tom Främling, Baltic Connector Oy’s Project Director.

The offshore pipeline will be connected to the onshore pipelines in Finland and Estonia during the autumn.

The Balticconnector pipeline will be fully ready at the end of 2019, and gas will start to flow in the pipeline on 1 January 2020 as the Finnish gas market opens.
