中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯1月2日消息，能源数据公司Enverus称，2019年美国油气行业的并购交易总额达到920亿美元，高于过去10年平均每年780亿美元的交易额。但是去年美国油气行业并购交易总额主要是受到一宗特大型交易的刺激，那就是西方石油公司570亿美元收购安纳达科石油公司，这也是过去10年美国油气行业最大的并购交易。 唐绍红 摘译自 道琼斯 原文如下： The Total Value of Mergers and Acquisitions in the U.S. Oil-and-Gas Industry Last Year was $92 billion The total value of mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. oil-and-gas industry last year was $92 billion, above the average of $78 billion over the past 10 years, according to energy data firm Enverus. But last year's total was skewed by one deal -- Occidental Petroleum's $57 billion purchase of Anadarko, the largest U.S. oil-and-gas deal of the decade.
