The U.S. Energy Information Administration is expected to report gas-storage levels fell by 55 billion cubic feet during the week ended Jan. 3, according to the average forecast of 12 analysts, brokers and traders surveyed by The Wall Street Journal.Estimates range from decreases of 47 bcf to 70 bcf. A 55-bcf decrease last week would mean gas stocks totaled about 3.137 trillion cubic feet, well above last year's total at this time. |
