印度3月LNG进口增加

中国石化新闻网讯 据世界天然气网站4月29日消息 印度3月份液化天然气进口同比增长20.4%。

印度石油部石油规划和分析小组（PPAC）的数据显示，印度上月进口了28.7亿立方米的液化天然气，而2019年3月为23.8亿立方米。

PPAC表示，截至2020年3月的财年，印度液化天然气进口同比增长17.2%，达到337亿立方米。

3月份液化天然气进口成本为7亿美元，而印度在截至今年3月的一年中为液化天然气进口支付了95亿美元。

相比之下，印度分别在2019年3月和截至2019年3月的财年为液化天然气进口支付了7亿美元和103亿美元。

PPAC数据显示，印度液化天然气公司的1750万吨/年达赫终端继续在满负荷利用率以上运行。

在2019年4月至2020年2月期间，古吉拉特邦的液化天然气进口终端的产能利用率为104.2%。

同期，壳牌公司每年500万吨的哈兹拉液化天然气终端的产能为98.8%。

从印度国内天然气产量来看，3月份印度天然气产量下降14.4%，至24亿立方米。

PPAC表示，截至今年3月的财年，石油产量增长5.2%，至311.8亿立方米。

India boosts March LNG imports

India’s liquefied natural gas imports in March increased by 20.4 per cent when compared to the same month before.

India imported 2.87 billion cubic meters of LNG last month compared to 2.38 billion cubic meters in March 2019, data from the oil ministry’s Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell shows.

During the fiscal year ending March 2020, India’s LNG imports rose 17.2 per cent year-on-year to 33.7 billion cubic meters, PPAC said.

The costs of March LNG imports were at $0.7 billion, while India paid $9.5 billion for the LNG imports in the year ending this March.

This compares to $0.7 billion and $10.3 billion India paid for LNG imports in March 2019 and fiscal year ending March 2019, respectively.

PPAC data shows that Petronet LNG’s 17.5 million tonnes per year Dahej terminal continues to operate above full capacity utilization.

The LNG import terminal in Gujarat operated at 104.2 per cent capacity utilization during the April 2019-February 2020 period.

Shell’s 5 million tonnes per year Hazira LNG terminal operated at 98.8 percent capacity during the same period.

Looking at India’s domestic natural gas production, it dropped 14.4 per cent in March to 2.4 billion cubic meters.

In the fiscal year ending this March, production increased by 5.2 per cent to 31.18 billion cubic meters, PPAC said.
